WORK PACKAGE 1 Project Management and Coordination → Lead Ankara University
- Planning, coordination and control of project activities with respect to cost and schedule
- Ensuring effective coordination and collaboration within the project and monitoring progress
- Liaison and facilitation to enable fluid communication within the project work packages and WP leads
WORK PACKAGE 2 Creating A Virtual Ecosystem for Darts → Lead Romanian Darts Federation
- Providing effective strategies and networking activities for knowledge exchange among partners; design and develop virtual the tools
- Using blended methods both online and offline through digital communication and networking tools with internal and external stakeholders.
WORK PACKAGE 3 Supporting Inclusion and Diversity in Darts → Lead Hungarian Darts Federation
- Organizing innovative activities for Darts play, prioritizing participants with fewer opportunities including women, disabled and young ones.
- Producing a knowledge on the state of art in darts for sharing and disseminating inclusion and diversity perspectives in Darts play
WORK PACKAGE 4 Sustainability through Communication and Dissemination → Lead Austrian Darts Federation
- Disseminating achievements of the project to the various target groups
- Developing and implementing mass media, digital media and communication strategy
- Providing maintenance and dissemination of open access digital training materials and outputs
